Research Interests

Tommy Chou is a graduate student in the Clinical Science Ph.D. Program at FIU working with Dr. Stacy Frazier on the NAFASI (Nurturing All Families through Advances in Services Innovation) Research Team. His research interests include (1) leveraging natural, resource-efficient opportunities for health promotion in families’ settings and routines; (2) synthesizing empirical literature with local knowledge obtained in partnership with communities to develop evidence-based content for dissemination; and (3) utilizes mixed methodologies to maximize programmatic impact and reach through end-user feedback within a social marketing framework.
